SMOKING is not synonymous with CLEAN! SMOKING is not permissible with our house cleaning service or what we promise to be a complete detailed clean. You will NEVER have a SMOKING Spic ‘n Span home enhancer.

Our primary customers live in the tri-cities consisting of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.

These areas promote a fresh outdoorsy atmosphere where a large population enjoy the great outdoor walks around the many parks and walking trails provided.

These customers care about the products we use, the tools we use, and specifically like the fact that we avoid cross contamination of outside allergens and dander by not bringing in outside mops.

The mere idea of SMOKING BEFORE entering someone’s home is a detriment to those standards we promote.

SMOKE lingers on clothing and tools being brought into a customer’s home. The cloths used will be contaminated and the presence of stale smoke will affect the clean as well as those with allergies.

Customers in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody call me daily telling me these stories and ask us to come in and “clear the air” so to speak.

There won’t be a single MAID found working at Spic ‘n Span House Cleaning Services in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody
I like the names Milly and Molly…just not MAID.
MAID conjures up pictures of disheveled (Berta’s) who would be on hands and knees with the soap bucket…scrubbing the tirelessly while being given direct orders.
I am proud to say that we have broken that stereotypical image of the person coming into your home to do the house cleaning. We are “Home Enhancers” and we hold ourselves to a higher level of standards for house cleaning in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody.
We actually enjoy what we’re doing and get a great deal of satisfaction knowing we are making a real difference in how your home looks and how your time is freed up.

Once again we hear the early birds singing and the blossoms beginning to bloom.

Ask for current reviews and what review sites are used to promote the business. If you find some reviews that are not positive ask about the situation and how it was resolved.
Ask if the owner is an operator as well. Most like it when the owner themselves are “on the tools”, able to be on site, or make themselves available to you.
